Adult Literacy

Adult Literacy

Adult Literacy is for people who need to improve basic skills in reading, writing and math. Students gain the skills they need to be successful as parents, wage earners, and citizens. Programs are offered at no charge.

HiSET – Students may prepare to take the HiSET exam at the Center through exercises, practice tests and AC classes.

Effective July 1, 2009, under New Hampshire state law students must be enrolled in high school until age 18.  If you are 16 or 17 years old, your next step is to contact your high school to determine whether services from the Center are authorized.

Limited child care may be available by reservation. Provided in Dover only. $5 per week, financial assistance is available. Pre-registration is required. Please call our office at 603-742-1030 to register.
