ESL classes are free to eligible students.
Currently, we are not enrolling new students into our classes. Our regular classes will start again in September. However, if you are interested in working one-on-one with a tutor who will help you improve your English or learning through an online program, please fill out the form. One of our counselors will contact you to start the enrollment process.
If you prefer to wait until September to join a class, please contact us at the end of August.

Life in America – A Discussion Class
New students welcome anytime. Free to most students, tuition may apply. We will be using short readings about life in the United States to help you improve your speaking and reading skills. This class will focus on conversation, pronunciation, and vocabulary development. Some of the topics will include current events, cultural expectations, and American customs, holidays, government, and history.
Talk, Talk, Talk – An ESL Discussion Class
New students welcome anytime. Free to most students. Come practice speaking English. Free childcare available.
Integrated Education & Training
Accelerate Your Future: Pursue a Career as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. After Hours is an exciting joint initiative piloted by the Dover Adult Learning Center and the Dover Regional Career and Technical Center. Through this collaborative effort, students will engage in hands-on experiences that form an essential part of Career and Technical Education (CTE.) Learn more.
