1. When you schedule your exam, we will take your payment information over the phone. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of your exam.
2. Please do not enter the main doorway (black door with NHLRA signage). Please enter the doorway that is inset to our front parking lot. Our office is up the stairs. Please do not enter the office. We have an exam station in a separate area. Upon arrival, please call the office at 603.228.9585.
3. Please wear a mask when entering and moving about our building as well as when conversing with your proctor. Once the exam has started and your proctor has left the room, you may remove your mask. When the proctor returns to finalize your exam, please put your mask back on.
4. All surfaces in our exam room will be properly sanitized prior to your arrival.

Individuals can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP), which is valid for five years.

Through a third party vendor, HRFoodSafe, the NHLRA regularly holds ServSafe training classes throughout the state of New Hampshire. Classes are offered monthly in Concord, Manchester, Nashua, and Portsmouth and throughout the year in Lebanon and North Conway from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

NHLRA Members- $55
The NHLRA is a designated testing site for the online ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam. Individuals who do not wish to take the full course, but would still like to take the exam to become certified, may schedule an appointment to take the exam at the NHLRA Office in Concord. Appointments to take the exam are available Monday through Friday from 9:30am – 3:00pm. Individuals will receive their score immediately following the completion of the exam. If the exam is passed, individuals will leave with their ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification in hand. If the first exam is not passed, the exam may be taken two times within 30 days. If the exam is failed twice, you must wait 60 days before taking the exam for a third time.

Online proctoring at home for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Exam (English) is now available. Schedule your exam at a time that’s convenient for you, all you need is a computer or laptop and a private location.

The registration fee includes admission to the instructor-led class, a copy of the official ServSafe® Manager 7th Edition Course Book, an official ServSafe exam sheet, and coordination of the certification process. Please note, it takes up to 10 business days to receive your ServSafe certification. Because the course materials need to be reviewed prior to the class, registration to attend the class is mandatory. No “walk-ins” will be permitted. Individuals who do not show up to class will not receive a refund. However, their registration may be transferred to a future class.
