In this class, you’ll get a yoga practice that meets you where you are, whether you’ve never stepped on a mat before or you’re a regular practitioner.  Learn postures, breath work, and  meditation techniques.  Please bring your own mat; props (blanket, blocks, straps, etc) are welcome but not required.

This 6-week course meets on Thursdays at the Seymour Osman Community Center for 1 hour.  Parking is free along the road or in the overflow parking lot behind the maintenance garage. The front parking spaces are assigned to residents and parking in them could result in your vehicle being towed.
