Bones are living tissue that respond to their environment. In this on-going, monthly class, you’ll learn: weekly tips on nutritional needs for strong bones; recipes for delicious ways to get and absorb nutrients; and exercises that include breathing, weight training, balance, and agility.
Suggested items for the class include 1, 2, or 3 lb weights (or any combination); resistance bands; a chair; water.
The tuition covers a month’s worth of classes. As this class is ongoing, if you miss a session, you can coordinate with the instructor to make up.
