Learn about yoga’s history and philosophy, postures to practice on your own, and relaxation and meditation techniques.  Bring your own mat; props (block, strap, cushion, blanket) are not required, but are recommended.

This 5-week course meets at the Seymour Osman Community Center for 1.25 hours.  Parking is free along the road or in the overflow parking lot behind the maintenance garage. The front parking spaces are assigned to residents and parking in them could result in your vehicle being towed.
