This introduction to management focuses on Customer Service, primarily in the restaurant industry. The class will practice hands on skills while learning how to create a management plan. If you have worked in the food service industry and want to move up in your career, or would like to improve your English while learning job skills, this class can be a step towards higher education, or a career. The class can be taken as part of a program for management certification. (This class is free to eligible participants; a placement test may be required to determine eligibility.)
