Help to increase their self-sufficiency in work, family and community life. ESL teaching experience preferred; strong preference for adult education experience. Demonstrated ability to establish a supportive, encouraging relationship with students and create a comfortable, supportive classroom atmosphere. High degree of professionalism required. Paid prep time. Professional development opportunities. Two positions available- 1. Two mornings a week in the Strafford County jail, multilevel 2. Two evenings (T/TH 6:30-8:30) at the McConnell Center, intermediate level.

Position Type: Part-time Salary:$28 to $34 Per Hour

Job Requirements

• Teaching experience required. Strong preference for ESL adult education experience.
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
