Waterbath and Pressure Canning (Monday, October 21)
Roll up your sleeves and join the fun! Class includes basic instructions for both canning methods in one evening-one class. Learn about canning tools/utensils, it’s safety, it’s history & the difference between high/low acid foods. Take home a jar of carrots and a jar of bread & butter pickles. Please secure long hair. Bring a towel to class to take hot jars home. All materials included.
